If you have had a walk and talk and want a bit more help with plans, rough sketches etc, but not a concept plan or full design in CAD, I can be paid by the hour at $60 hr.

- for a residential property Approx 10 hours work - $600
- for a medium to larger property – up to 10 acres but with only a small amount to be intensively planted/designed – Approx 14 hours work $800
- for larger properties, commercial properties, other organisations, or more intensive designs, I will need to give you a quote based on details

Price depends on which design services you want. If most or all of the possible services required it will usually be a bit less than the same price again (approx $600) on top of concept plan prices. If unusually large or detailed design required or if much less information wanted then quote will differ. I base my quote on $60 per hour and will quote before commencement.
